Donna Saal In addition to her orthopedic manual courses, Donna has been trained in acupuncture, and the treatment of women’s pelvic pain and incontinence. She has also completed five years of training at the Canadian College of Osteopathy and applies osteopathic concepts and skills to her physiotherapy practice. Womens' Health: Donna has been practicing in the field of women's health for close to 2 decades. She is trainning in advanced certification/specialization in Pregnancy and Post-Partum physiotherapy and pelvic floor rehabiliation . ( AWAITING CAPP certification via the Amercian Physiotherapy Association) Donna is a co-owner of Physio in the Valley with her husband, Paul. They live in Pembroke with their two boys. |

Paul Saal Paul has studied orthopedics and manual therapy and had worked solely in hand therapy in Sudbury. He also completed five years at the Canadian College of Osteopathy and uses osteopathic concepts and techniques in his daily physiotherapy practice. |

Amanda Bennett She has completed post-graduate courses in the areas of pediatric gait assesment and training, neurodevelopmental theory (NDT), sports physiotherapy taping, and concussion assessment and management. |

Justin Zadow Justin was born and raised in the Pembroke area and is very happy to be pursuing his career back in the Ottawa Valley. Justin holds Honours Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) from the University of Ottawa and his Master's of Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario. Justin grew up a sports fanatic and wants to apply his love of sport to his physiotherapy training. Justin is fast becoming specialized in orthopedics and sports therapy mangement; having completed high levels in the manual therapy division, MacKenzie courses, Selective Functional Movement assessment (SFMA) and Functional Movement Sceeening ( FMS) training. He has also completed advanced cervical thoracic certifications. Justin is pleased to also be able to offer DRY NEEDLING techniques to his clients in pain, which has been shown to be a very effective pain mangement tool. Justin hopes to continue to pursue his passion of helping people recover from orthopedic, functional movement impairments and sports injuries. He is also trained in Functional Capacity Evaluations to help determine impaiments with screening and in-clinic testing to help guide recovery and return to safe work. |
