By having a professional background in both teaching and coaching, I can confidently say that education and proper direction are key to success. I have clinical experience in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, as well as treating numerous musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. I have successfully completed and continue to partake in evidence-based courses in manual therapy and exercise prescription, so my patients can reach their full potential.

As well as a being a Physiotherapist, I am a Functional Strength and Conditioning Coach which is a great tool to bring independence and self-assurance to patients of all ages and all walks of life.

I also provide one-on-one Hydrotherapy sessions to those requiring a gradual introduction to resistance exercises for rehabilitation. The properties of water allow patients to exercise gently and pain-free while still working towards increasing range of motion, strength and confidence.

As a Physiotherapist, my practice is focussed on achieving long-term results by providing education and highlighting the links between being strong and being well. These targets are reached by working with each individual patient to create a tailored home exercise program that aids in their healing.
